Cancellation Policy

Return and refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In the case of several goods from a single order, the period begins upon receipt of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail to info@thearchive-store.eu.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form (see below), but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to the return address we will provide upon confirmation of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the cost of returning the goods (free return label provided upon request).

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for the following deliveries:

• Sealed research peptides whose chemical stability, purity and analytical specification can no longer be guaranteed once the seal has been opened. When the seal is removed (e.g. crimp cap, protective film), the product loses its properties confirmed by the certificate of analysis (CoA) and is no longer marketable for the intended research use. A return is therefore excluded.
• Goods that spoil quickly or whose chemical resistance and expiry date are exceeded shortly after opening.
• Customized products.

Note: The statutory warranty remains unaffected by this exclusion. Defective, faulty or non-contractual products can be claimed regardless of the sealing status. Otherwise, we examine complaints on a case-by-case basis and offer goodwill in case of doubt (e.g. credit note, partial refund or replacement delivery).

Return procedure

1. E-mail info@thearchive-store.eu with your order number and declaration of revocation (or fill out the sample withdrawal form).
2. You will receive a confirmation, the return address and a free return label from us.
3. Pack the undamaged, sealed goods securely.
4. Send the package to the return address provided.
5. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

Do not ship goods back to us without prior confirmation — unannounced returns cannot be processed and may be refused at delivery.

Exchange

It is possible to exchange one product for another within the withdrawal period, provided that the seal of the originally delivered product is intact. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at info@thearchive-store.eu.

Reimbursement

Authorized refunds will be returned within 14 days via the original means of payment used. For bank transfer, please let us know your IBAN if you want a different destination bank.

If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please notify us at info@thearchive-store.eu.

Open the model withdrawal form below, fill it in and send it back to us by e-mail (or print it and post a signed copy). Using this form is optional — any clear statement of revocation by e-mail to info@thearchive-store.eu is sufficient.
