Important — please read before sending
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed laboratory reagents whose seal has been broken, in accordance with § 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code. Once the seal of a vial is removed, chemical stability, purity and the analytical specification confirmed by the certificate of analysis (CoA) can no longer be guaranteed and a return is excluded for hygiene and research-integrity reasons.
- Do not ship goods back to us without prior confirmation. Send this form first; we will reply with the return address and, where applicable, a free return label.
- Refunds are issued via the same means of payment used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch — whichever is earlier (§ 1832 of the Czech Civil Code).
- By signing or sending this form you confirm that the information above is true and complete and that you are acting as a consumer within the meaning of § 419 of the Czech Civil Code.
