Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Orders to destinations outside the EU customs union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States and all other third countries) cannot be accepted and will be refused or refunded. A flat rate of €12 per order applies (VAT included). Orders over €200 qualify for complimentary shipping. All parcels are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, tracked and insured to your door. Estimated delivery: Czechia and Slovakia 1–2 business days; Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia 2–3 business days; France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland 3–5 business days; Portugal, Greece, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta 4–7 business days. As all shipments stay within the EU customs union, no customs duties or import VAT apply.
